How to Write a Valuable Blog Post that Gets Published and Read by the Community

Blog posts are a great way to share valuable information with the community while increasing your presence as an author, speaker, or expert in your industry.

As a blog writer, you can be considered an expert in your field when you share practical how-to information based on a specific category, or by writing about specific news topics and how that can positively impact people's lives.

Every week we will take the top 7 blog articles and send them out in our newsletter and social media sites, going out to tens of thousands of people who are eager to read valuable life enhancing information.

To be considered a valuable blog, the article should be between 300-1200 words.  Not too long, but not too short either.  People are busy but willing to spend 5 minutes or so to digest some helpful information about how to improve anything.

Here are some general guidelines to get your blog approved and read by the community.

  • Between 300-1200 words.
  • Highly educational.
  • Think about including How-to advice.
  • Positive News or global events are welcome as well.
  • Not salesy - no sales pitches, you are informing here, not selling. You can use your signature line to include links to your products or services.
  • Make the content relevant to health, well being, or spirituality.
  • Give real world examples.
  • Think about the reader and their time and write something that you would like to read yourself.
  • Include a youtube video as an added bonus
  • Keep the font at Arial 12pt.  (No need to make it gigantic)

Once you've written a catchy title, and your blog post, then remember to add your Tags.  Tags are "keywords" that explain in 1-3 words what your blog is about.  For example, if I'm writing about losing weight, some of my keywords might be, "weight loss", "how to lose weight", "losing weight easily", "natural weight loss".  Keywords help people find your blog easier when they're searching online.

Include any pictures that are relevant.

Include a good signature line with links to your websites where people can find out more about you.  (Take a look at my signature below for a sample)

Signature lines should be no more than 200 words. Keep it short and sweet.

Now that you're ready, simply hit Add Blog and we will be notified that you've posted it, and our team will review it and approve it as long as it follows the general guidelines.  If something does not, we will let you know.

Additionally, the blog does not have to be exclusive to The Panacea Community, you can also post it on your websites, and yes, you will still retain all copyrights to your writing.

Follow these general guidelines above and you can count on your blog getting approved.

If you're ready, simply hit the ADD button at the upper right hand corner of this screen and begin writing your blog.

Feel free to message me or post comments below with any questions.

Sincerely,

Nathan Crane

Hi Nate,  I have a series of 3 articles for the Panacea blog about Enlightened self-interest and how it relates to being of service that I think would be very interesting to our community.  They are all on my own blog site, and I know you said we could have it on the Panacea site as well as our own.  But I've always heard search engines don't like the same article to be posted from 2 different sources.  Am I wrong about that?  Also, if you think this isn't a problem, should I post all 3 of them at once, and then (if you accept them) you would post them in the time frame you think is best?

Hi Jane, it's best if you post one new one each week.

And not sure about the search engines, they change their algorithms all the time.

It will certainly give you exposure to reach and help more people as we will send them to our newsletter and on social media.

Dear Editors,
If you like this one, I have 300 articles in this vein at http://www.HealingToolbox.org/  A good many of them I'm willing to allow you to publish at your site and take them down from my site so they are "exclusive" to your site, as long as it shows a link to my site.

Wondering where to begin your own self-healing experiments? A clear Skill ladder of Energy Medicine methods exists, everyone can climb.

Energy Medicine (EM) embraces a huge range of methods, techniques arts that run the gamut from exercising sensory awareness all the way to soul transcendence.  On this ladder everyone who wishes to can find safe, comfortable home experiments to do.  Each experiment you do is one more step forward on your Hero’s Journey of Self-healing.

To navigate this wide range of modes, an Energy Medicine Skill Ladder can be constructed.  It shows how self-healing methods rank in difficulty.  Beginners can start on lower rungs.  Health professionals can begin where they wish to learn more.  A ladder makes it easier to navigate to your interests, ability and talents.

This way everyone who wants to, can find experiments comfortable for their skill level today.   Feel free to climb up or down, to find your own level of comfort, your own level of comfortable challenge.

An Energy Medicine Skill Ladder is also useful for those looking for a new method to experiment with. Already skilled at EFT and wondering what's next for you?  Shopping for a new healing mode to experiment with?  Use the Skill Ladder to navigate to what seems do-able for you next.

Polarity of lower and higher rungs

Higher skills on the ladder incorporate lower skills variably.  From muscle testing on up, the lower skills remain essential reference points for talking about real things unseen.

Lower rungs emphasize sensitivity in and through your physical body and senses.  Here we practice with tangibles we can feel, hear, see, smell, taste and touch.

Higher rungs emphasize sensitivity and responsiveness to invisible energy.

Towards the top, energy invisible to the eye, increasingly becomes the subject in itself. Higher rungs require increasing perception of invisible energy in your self, around you and in clients, if you see clients.  Sensing energy becomes more than ‘incidental phenomena;’ energy itself becomes the subject.

What kind of experiment will you do next?

Q:  Why do I need to do any experiments?

A:  There is no self-healing without experimenting.  Going to a practitioner and paying money is an experiment.  The more self-healing experiments you can do your self at home, the further your money goes.

Dedicated self-healers eventually choose a method to practice on them self at home:  yoga, meditation, meridian tracing, muscle testing, etc.

The more practice time individuals put in on their method or process, the more self-healing occurs.

Conversely, if you practice no practical method or process, all your growing is abstract and conceptual; then, personal-spiritual growth is more hit-and-miss.

Holistic self-healing encourages everyone to choose and use a method comfortable for them.  Put time in with your method and you can chip away at your blocks and obstacles to healthy flows.  The Universe rewards doing.

Climb on this Skill Ladder; find where you feel comfortable; do just one more experiment.

Q:  Is their any transitional method between top and bottom?

A:  Yes. Conscious, deliberate two-way communication between conscious self and your immune-system-self is the bridge between less-masterful and more masterful methods and techniques in EM.

Without sincere and authentic curiosity about your own immune-system-self and your child within, skills in the upper half of the ladder can only be partially mastered and results will be erratic.

Given this, it’s not surprising individuals who master methods on the upper half of the skill ladder, practiced most or all the skills on the lower half of the ladder first, as part of their preparation.

An article expanded the Skill Ladder list is HERE: http://www.healingtoolbox.org/tools-that-heal/best-practices-holist...

If you see skills missing from the skill ladder, please check the expanded list first before emailing me.

Some notes, from low to high

Sensory awareness is represented by Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing (Focusing Inst.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7PEC5Mh5FY

and/or a closely related mode, Emotional Medicine Rx http://www.emotionalmedicinerx.com/choosing-focus/

These two modes make a science and a practice out of sensory awareness.  This lies at the foundation of all Goethean Holistic Science observations.

My preference that “Energy Medicine” refer primarily to TFT-EFT and/or “meridian tapping recipes” anyone can do and which work remarkably often, seems less relevant now.  After Reading Dr. Durlacher’s Freedom From Fear Forever, I’ve changed my mind and now agree “Energy Medicine” can apply to ALL methods on the Skill Ladder.  Why?  This is how consumers talk about and perceive all these modes.

We all owe a debt to Donna Eden for promoting the term “Energy Medicine” as a field larger than simply tracing meridians.  Donna's training appears to be safe and effective. A wonderful social and referral network exists.

As Durlacher’s book suggests, the intention of each and every one of the methods on the Skill Ladder, used in a healthy manner, is the same:

Energy Medicine is ANY method, supporting individuals, to transform dysfunctional and undesirable habits-behavior, into more workable and useful, habits and behaviors.

More esoterically we could say, Energy Medicine is any method-process supporting individuals locating, addressing their own downward spirals and changing them into upward spirals.

We have words for upwards spirals if you need them:  Health, wealth and happiness; loving, caring and sharing, abundance riches and prosperity; touching to others with all of our gifts; and, keeping clear all of our mutually healthy boundaries.

Trends in self-healing techniques & methods

The pointed and personal business challenges chiropractors faced in learning how to market their holistic services, in the 1980s, are now faced by virtually all holistic practitioners and coaches in the 2000s.

Training-certification opportunities exist very widely for all skill levels; however, quality can vary very widely.  Much recycling of material from the 1950s and earlier still occurs.  Try to find a program that at least incorporates muscle testing of some kind; ideally, also the psychic self-protection of a context of “God is my Partner.”

Try to find a program emphasizing adequate and sufficient psychic-self-protection when working with invisible energy.  This is crucial in making a career dealing with invisible energies, even in self-healing.  PTS.org MSS-DSS program stands head and shoulders above all others known to me personally in this regard.  Live classes in L.A and some cities.  Online classes begin Sept. 2014. Call them and learn who is local to you.

Eclecticism

The standard textbook for Theory and Practice of Counseling and Psychotherapy is by Gerald Corey.  In the 1990s, Corey began documenting a growing trend towards “eclecticism” among recent graduates of conventional talk-therapy counseling and psychotherapy schools.  This was due in large part to the success of both NLP and Brief Therapy, both inherently eclectic approaches.  Eclecticism is even more the accepted norm among holistic practitioners because “what works” is often the only rule when working with energy.  It’s now common for practitioners to use both muscle-testing and whatever native clairvoyant-intuitive ability is available.

Q: Are all these modalities above equally safe to practice?

A: No. Each higher level requires increasing psychic-self-protection, personal and professional ethics.

As each healer practices uniquely, each healer and self-healer self-protects their etheric centers and child within uniquely.  "Psychic-self-protection" is crucial for our immune-system-self to feel safe and trusting.

In the film Broadcast News, a neophyte reporter who is intensely happy, asks a veteran newsman what to do when your real life exceeds your dreams. The elder tells the fellow to just keep it to himself. The oddest effect of happiness is that other people are annoyed by it. Misery does love company, so a joyful person poses a threat to those steeped in sorrow. This is so for several reasons:First, people who perceive a reward for being lost, sick, alone, poor, or victimized have an investment in…Continue
